The prestigious varietal that powers the Condrieu of Rhone Valley, enjoys the combination of the sun-baked slops of our vineyard and its proximity to the Hauraki Gulf. This allows us to achieve a balance of character and acidity, with moderate alcohol content.

Barrel fermentation allows us to retain the honeysuckle and Foral notes, while introducing toasty complexity and texture.
